The papers should be based on any of the topics related to the scope of the conference. The technical papers will be accepted up to 6 pages formatted in standard IEEE camera-ready format (double-column, 10-pt font), (paper format). All the authors are requested to submit their papers electronically in PDF format via the ICECCE 2024 Microsoft CMT submission site: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ICECCE2024.
